WHERE Services
This gives a flavour of the various services we offer, however we constantly look to bring in new ideas and develop our existing offering.
With the changes in the delivery of Adult Social Care, we believe it is vital to provide a service which helps support our users through this process.
We are hoping to extend our services by providing information, advice and guidance.
With this currently managed on an informal basis, as well as our own activities and events, or signposting to other organisations nearby, we can provide that personal contact ensuring that their well-being is the focus.
Outputs & Outcomes
The number of individuals coming through the doors of WHERE is still growing and we are proud that our services help and support so many people.
In addition to the services already quoted, WHERE provides a home cooked lunch, seven days a week, for the residents of the Assisted Housing estate which is adjacent to our centre. The numbers for this service averages 120 per week.
