WHERE (WestCountry Health Education Research Enterprise) is a registered charitable company based in Wellington , Somerset and was founded in 1988 by local GP Dr Bernard Newmarch.
Its key mission is to identify and support the delivery of high quality, relevant health and social based community assistance services for adults with individual needs, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions and those who require other kinds of support on a day to day basis.
